Take a structure out in the ocean 20 miles in diameter.
Heat the water up on the inside
(this creates a low pressure zone)
Shoot that same water back inside via fountains
(heats the water up more and creates a hot mist that'll rise up and billow out into
clouds)
Clouds reflect the sun's rays back into
space over 70%
vs the oceans 10-20% reflection rate
Reflect enough rays back into space
to counter the rays trapped in the earths atmosphere then you stop global warming!
In addition, shooting water out of the fountains in a circular pattern at speeds over 100mph it'll be classified as a hurricane. It'll do the job of a hurricane also having the ocean cool down around it the same process that a hurricane uses.
Some scientists have told me that this could be used to prevent hurricanes from hitting
land.
