Project Charles - Kyoto?

Kyoto protocol, sounds good but what do the people who wrote it say??

They say that it'll have little to no affect for 100 years.

They say that this is the area to be in to make lots of money.

They say they want the billions that go to oil to go to instead to "green" companies that will have no effect for 100 years?

Are they serious?

And OMG, they have everyone behind them on this, it's like, i mean, confusing. Please, somebody explain it to me!
