I'm adding "ending starvation forever", "decreasing the population on Earth", "shutting down the bering strait for a quick artic ice pack buildup to stop the methane leak" and "how to harness power from a volcano" next. Basically there are methods feed and house over a trillion people in space. I'm just adding my own methods to do this and explaining the methods where people growing old would find it advantagious to live in space. Shutting down the bering strait we might want to avoid doing but should put it on the table. Harnessing the power of a volcano is going to be a big headache getting it all down especially a super volcano. Should be tried sometime before yellowstone goes off by itself.
Project Charles is probably not the best name for this but i didn't have to pay for it and if i name it something else then i'd have to do the paperwork and pay the fees to name it and protect the name.
Global warming scares me. After i did my college english thesis on it back in 1990 (not a physics course but i researched the white papers and read mass information on it) i was in agreement with 5% of the scientists that stated that we needed to reduce the greenhouse gas emmisions by 90% then - in 1990. On my side were some top scientists just being ignored and told other things about this or that. That's right, i saw scientists that i agreed with getting back talk and no action being taken. We would've needed to become like cube, everyone gets a bike. I saw the horrible side effects of everyone getting healthy and stuff but nooooooo.
The Goal is to be able to heat/cool the Earth and do it quickly to stop the species going extinct and end starvation.
