Thought up a new way for people to invest in project.
First off consider your money gone, lost foreever.
Though i am convinced that this project should work after 10 years of going over it It still requires $50 billion for the main structures and another $500 billion or so for flood control done my way. An amount which causes major hesitation. I have seen estimates that converting to a carbon free society would take 30-50 or more years and cost $100 or 200 trillion. An amount which boggles the mind which makes spending $5-10 billion on building one to try it out a no brainer.
Still think of it as a less than 10% chance of any return.
After we get the the first structure built i will ask for money to compensate investors, build more structures as needed and do the flood control as needed.
First 2,000 a month. 20 to 1 compensation. Allows me to quit work and concentrate on project.
First million 10 to 1, First billion 2 to 1, up to the cost of the first structure 1.5 to 1
I will then take your money and re-invest it into increasing agriculture until there are no more starvations.
I will then buy myself a bently, a nice place to live and stuff.
Then comes compensation.

Always seems to come down to some talking back and forth even with people with phd’s in physics but after 10 years trying get help and talking to experts in the fields associated with my project Im convinced now more than ever that my project should work.
I was told that I would never get funding for my project but since the country of Australia approved funding of how much I dont know for my project before the funding dried up, I’m hopeful now more than ever that I’ll get funding.
I have dreams of what I would do if my project was implemented and 2 billion people that would have starved each sent me a dollar. Dreams like buying a stock car and putting a tire circle mark around the number 24 on jeff gorden’s door during practice at the Daytona 500.
But its not about me or what I want, its about bringing our civilization up to a class 1 civilization. Its about ending hunger for 100 years. Its about improving the quality of life for everyone for the next 100 years. It’s about getting to a position where we have a 2 year backup supply of food for everyone and are feeding our cattle the food being rotated out of our backup supply.
Its about driving the mountain passes without almost getting killed by 100s of truckers of whom Id be surprised if I was told that less than 100% of them speed

Went to another meeting and was told again how we're gonna be just fine if we just live sustainable lives.

First off I am wanting $2,000 a month to work on my solution. Actually I would like 500 billion set aside right now but lets start with $2,000. But that is not enough! I am wanting people to actually get involved. Share in the pain! Learn my solution so you can respond to all the lies and yes, people are lying all the time about global warming without even knowing it. So concerned about greenhouse gasses they loose sight of all the damage going on around them. I want people who actually read the ipcc report. I want people who care about 24,000 dying kids a day from starvation or 50% of the species becoming extinct or wanting our children to grow up in a world semi-normal or anything about my project. I want people who would not only kick my butt if I was a fraud but people who will call others out for lying on the subject matter and know their rights and wont back down.
One or two people who spend one or two days a month on helping with stuff like holding a camera or maybe even coming up with ideas of things that need to be done and doing them would be great.
I do not expect everyone to understand all of the project. What you do not understand ask me. If someone tells you why it wont work, for you will get that from everyone, ask me about it. Then get back to the someone with the reasons why their reasons of why my solution wont work are wrong. It would take 2-3 hours of me talking in detail about everything for them to fully understand.

Take a structure floating out in the ocean ½ height and width of an aircraft carrier and goes in a circle 20 miles in diameter like a giant hula hoop.
Shoot water from inside the circular structure back inside and it will heat up the water and create a hot mist.
That hot mist being hit by the rays from the sun has no choice but to rise up and billow out into clouds starting a convection cycle.
Shoot that water back inside in the same direction that a hurricane winds go because of the corialous effect and you have got a manmade hurricane with the eye wall fixed above a moveable structure out in the ocean.
This will produce clouds and with enough clouds over the ocean reflect enough rays from the sun back into space to counter the rays trapped in the earths atmosphere by greenhouse gasses and you stop global warming.
In addition use these in areas where rain will come down on droughted areas you can eliminate drought.
Introduce flood control my way which regulates temperature for agricultural areas and we will have so much extra food growing that in addition to feeding all the hungry and 2 or so years of backup food we can grow fiber to house all the homeless.
Anyhow, I have been studying Global Warming since the early 80s. Back in 1990 I did a report on Global Warming for my English class. I looked up everything. Predicted record highs, lows, droughts, floods as well as an ice age effect. The real problem though is the loss of 50% of all species and 2 billion people dying of starvation, I am predicting by 2020 and we are on tract. It is not really the people that I care about, it is the destruction they are doing to the earth in their vain attempt to stay alive.
If we fix the problems, feed the hungry and house the homeless the destruction will stop. This is my plan. Alter the weather and install flood control and temperature control for agricultural areas to increase food and fiber production to handle this for a population of up to 20 billion possibly.
Everywhere I go people have excuses to just let the over population die. If 2 billion die from starvation that is like 1 in 3 people that you know. Only the 1 in 3 people are in an area that you have probably never visited. Every church that I have gone to has explained to me how they are exempt from having to worry about them citing some biblical passage. Nobody with any morals from any church that I have visited. What happens when people are starving?? Mothers have more kids so that they will hopefully be taken care of by one of them when the kid gets older, population increases.
Everywhere Where you feed the hungry and house the homeless populations decrease. There could be an exception if you include migration but I know of none.
How are these people destroying the earth?? They are burning down their forests in order to increase land to grow crops. They have already destroyed enough area to kill 50% of the frog species. Now they are working on destroying the oceans. The sharks in the ocean eat fish so fisherman have no problems cutting their fins off. They also love to dredge the ocean cause they catch a lot of fish that way, just destroying a little bit of the ocean habitat by this destructive method. Why they are dredging up to or over by now 3 times the area of the united states each year. This is destroying fish habitat massively and along with the practice of fining jellyfish are now devastating more fish habitat. These may be the cause of more dead zones being found now in the ocean. The increase in food production on land should stop or at least cut these practices way way down.
This by the way is the last straw. I was kind of worried about doing some damage to the ocean life. With all the carbon causing acidity in the ocean I could only hope that we also put billions in plankton growth research. If we can reduce the carbon and increase food production in the ocean that would be great. Growing coral and plant life in nurseries and planting them where needed would be another task worth doing. In any case even if you ignore photo plankton bloom, planting coral and seaweed, stocking the ocean with fish and capturing/making benches and stuff out of islands of trash in the ocean. Ignore all that and still any damage to the ocean would be more than made up by reducing the amount of dredging (not to mention the amount of future dredging) going on by the increase in agriculture.
Before each ice age is an increase in atmospheric methane. This could be caused by the ocean heating up releasing the methane causing more heating causing more evaporation, more storms, more snow on land in the upper latitudes. This transition from global warming to the starting of the ice age takes about 15 years. I am thinking the trigger event for this is when most if not all ice touching the ocean has been melted allowing the ocean to really heat up. You can already notice an increase in weather systems in some areas which could be used to show how this is happening. Truth is I don’t know how long we have but I am predicting that it is going to get real bad and then we will act. What is it going to be like the first 50 years of the next ice age?? Record highs, lows, droughts and floods. More record lows and floods/rain/snow towards the poles and more record highs and droughts near the equator regions.
Right now we got deniers, even people at my work have stated global warming is a crock, they just want money for their carbon trading. This is fueled by FOX news that reports on global warming and ignores everything that goes against their corporate welfare. I heard one of the heads of I think the republican party that stated this year that after the great flood with Noah that the bible states that they do not need to worry about global warming. As far as I am concerned there are tons of different methods that the earth can heat up and cool down, regulating temperature and increasing agriculture are needed.
As far as the new world order is concerned they are going about it wrong. They can still have their riches and make more money while the starving are fed and the homeless are housed, they just wont be hated as much.
We got the people interested in money and getting elected. I wish corn ethanol was just a bad joke but it is what Al Gore helped start with the reason so he would get elected to the presidency. Now the same people in the democratic party are pushing for carbon credits as a way to end global warming or rather make money. When I attended a meeting with legislature there was even an advisor that lied to the legislature on behalf of carbon credits. Before the same meeting I was asked about what I thought about carbon credits and when I told them that it wont work and will have a minimal affect if any according to the only study that all the environmentalists listen to, the IPCC report, they asked me to leave. Imagine how pissed the corn farmers or the soon to be rich people making their money off carbon credits will be if my solution does end the problem. With people dying of starvation and they are still doing corn ethanol, I mean REALLY???
Every expert that I have discussed this with in detail and in confidence has told me that this needs to be looked into.
I would really like to see this thing either proven wrong or supported.
If you got $5 billion I will let you build one.
There has been a great deal of talk on the dangers of the melting ice caps and Greenland. I am trying to study this and for now I would say I do not think it will happen all at once. Still the breakup of the Larson ice shelf happened faster than anyone thought possible and the pictures of the Greenland glaciers do not inspire hope. I would say we have 1-15 years before we have an increase of sea level of one foot. All that glacier water entering the ocean will cause more problems. Some coastal areas will be screwed and there will be processes that will happen that nobody, not even me, will have considered.
Even though I think that my idea is the best out there and needs to be done people can argue that I cant prove that it will work. With $100 million i could test some things out but other than that there is no proving that it will work. My argument is that it has at least a 1% chance (I am 99% sure it will work) of working and with that it NEEDS to be looked into. In fact only costing $5 billion it should just be built asap. Still without support.

There has been talk by many of other solutions. Currently the one getting attention is by putting very tiny pieces of aluminum up in the atmosphere that will float down get in your lungs and make you sick. This method will work as long as the aluminum disks are put up into the atmosphere. The methods that everyone thinks will work wont. I watch so called experts all the time stating that we need to cut carbon production now. The truth is that it was a good idea a while ago and it will make for a good climate in a hundred years but right now it is a little too messed up for that approach to work.
